According to ICC statistics, the lowest run chase total in ODI history belongs to Zimbabwe who scored just 35 in 18 matches, while playing against Sri Lanka in Harare on 25 April 2004.

The same target score goes to USA, which was all out against Nepal in 12 overs in Kiritpur on February 12, 2020. The next title goes to Canada who scored 36 runs in 18.4 overs against Sri Lanka in Bari on February 19, 2003.
The fourth lowest goal set by any team goes to Zimbabwe who scored just 38 runs in 15.4 overs, again against Sri Lanka in Colombo on 8 December 2001.
The fifth lowest ODI score goes to Sri Lanka, who scored 43 runs in 20.1 overs against South Africa, while playing in Bari on 11 January 2012.
Pakistan also shares the same record of scoring just 43 runs in 19.5 overs against the West Indies, as they played in Cape Town on 25 February 1993.
In seventh place, Zimbabwe narrowly managed to score 44 runs in 24.5 overs against Bangladesh in Chattogram on 3 November 2009. Both Canada and Namibia shared the lowest score of 45 while playing against England and Australia respectively.
Considering India’s lowest ODI score, the team was unable to score 54 runs against their opponents Sri Lanka in 26.3 overs, while playing in Sharjah on 29 October 2000.
