India made a big impression at the 2023 Asian Games, especially in certain sports, bagging a total of 11 medals. Notably, these medals are equally divided between archery and rowing, with each sport contributing five medals to India’s total tally, while an additional gold medal was taken in cricket.
Earlier on Monday, at the Asian Games in Hangzhou, India set the inaugural world record, with a nine-year-old skater capturing hearts.
